Solartraders protects your and others' contact details.

The contact information will be displayed only after a successful transaction.

We recommend that you continue to use our integrated messaging system after the contact details have been disclosed. This way you always have all relevant information for the order in view. Your Solartraders account manager will also stay informed and can support you if necessary.

Please make sure that you always keep your company data up to date. If you want to change them, you can do this in your customer account.

Delivery addresses can be changed in the respective order, but only as long as the order has not been confirmed by the seller.
