Make a request

You are interested in an offer on our marketplace site?

By clicking on "Inquiries" you can request a product of your choice from us free of charge and without obligation, for example to receive an offer in advance for the delivery quantity you want. All you have to do is enter the desired delivery quantity and send us your request. In step two we will need further data from you. The completed data request will be sent anonymously to the supplier after submitting the form.

Contact the supplier

You have questions about the product, the offer or the respective shipping costs? We and our suppliers are always at your disposal via the integrated messenger.

Buy a product

By clicking on the button "Buy" you can purchase a product in our store. The conclusion of such a purchase is always binding. You still have a voucher code? You have the possibility to enter the code in the corresponding box in advance.

Then you have to be patient for a short time until the supplier confirms the request and creates and sends the respective vouchers. All created receipts will be uploaded within our system. They can be viewed and downloaded at any time.

TIP

Always use our integrated chat to communicate with the supplier. This way, we as your customer service representatives are always immediately in the picture in case of any problems and can support you at any time.

Cancellation

A request can be cancelled at any time. However, it is not possible to cancel a confirmed transaction (the buyer and the seller have confirmed the transaction in the system).

There are several reasons to cancel a request. For example, you no longer need the product for the following reasons:

  • the freight costs are too high

  • your customer has cancelled the order

  • the supplier no longer has the product in stock

To cancel a request, simply click on the CANCEL REQUEST button and the other party will be notified automatically. Although it is not mandatory to close requests when the products are no longer needed, it is helpful for our support team and the vendor. Also a short feedback is always very welcome.

Receipts

A proper transaction usually includes:

  • Order confirmation

  • Prepayment invoice

  • Final invoice

  • Flash report (for module deliveries)
