How to cancel an order:
You can cancel an order at any time, as long as the seller has not yet confirmed the transaction.
Go to the order you want to cancel.
Click on “Close Offer”.
Select a cancellation reason. This helps us improve the platform and identify issues more quickly.
After cancellation, you will see a confirmation in the system, indicated by a red circle with a cancellation symbol. The display may vary slightly depending on the stage of the cancellation.
Can I still cancel the order after the seller has confirmed it?
Unfortunately, this is no longer possible once the seller has confirmed the transaction. On SolarTraders, all orders are binding as soon as the seller confirms the transaction. Before confirmation, you can cancel your order at any time, but afterwards, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please only place orders if you are certain that you can accept the goods. Respect this rule and act responsibly. Do not place an order if you cannot or do not wish to take the goods.
