Delivery times depend on several factors, including:
The seller’s location
The delivery destination
Type and quantity of products ordered
Payment method and processing time
Delivery times by product type and region
Deliveries within Germany:
Inverters under 30 kg: approx. 1–2 business days
Inverters over 30 kg: approx. 1–3 business days
Solar modules: approx. 1–3 business days
Deliveries within the EU:
Inverters under 30 kg: approx. 2–3 business days
Inverters over 30 kg: approx. 2–5 business days
Solar modules: approx. 2–5 business days
Note: For larger orders (multiple pallets or truck deliveries), delivery times may vary. In such cases, please check directly with the seller.
Influence of the payment method
Prepayment: Delivery is made after payment is received. SEPA transfers usually take 24–48 hours. Providing an electronic proof of payment can speed up processing.
SolarTraders Escrow Service: Delivery occurs once we have confirmed payment receipt on our escrow account.
Tracking your delivery
Some shipments can be tracked with a tracking number, which you will receive directly from the seller. This information may also be indicated on the delivery note.
Tips for a smooth delivery
Ensure the delivery address is correct and includes a contact person and phone number.
If you require a delivery notification (a call from the carrier before arrival), inform the seller.
Allow enough time for unloading, especially for heavy or bulky shipments.
