How to reset your password
Go to the following page: https://solartraders.com/en/password_recovery or click on Login in the header and then on the link "Forgot your password". Then simply enter your e-mail address and click on "send".
Check your e-mail for a message from SolarTraders and click the link inside to set a new password.
Still can’t log in?
If resetting your password doesn’t work, there may be another reason you can’t access your account.
One common cause is an unconfirmed e-mail address. In that case, please check your inbox (and spam folder) for the registration e-mail from Solartraders and confirm your e-mail address via the included link. Then try logging in again.
